Did you know that the Twelve Days of Christmas officially start on Christmas Day and run until January 5th? Well, I did not and actually figured it out when I was going to do an epic wrap up of 2017 starting the twelve days before Christmas. You see, I have quite a few things that I wanted to share and cross off my ‘to-do’ list. It’s quite embarrassing really, but I have numerous lingering book reviews, tags, and random thoughts that have been staring at me from that damn ‘draft’ folder, just begging for some love and attention.

I wasn’t 100% sure if the ‘twelve days’ included Christmas Day or not, looked it up, and to my pleasant surprise, the Twelve Days of Christmas actually start on Christmas Day! However, I did not… Ha! Even the best laid plans go awry, BUT LOOK, I’ve still made my date to at least get one post in (with the Christmas photos that I took) and celebrate the new year!

… And speaking of resolutions, can anyone say quit overanalyzing everything and follow through? Yes, I’m working on it!
