We left for a fantastic family trip to New York right after school ended, so I got this out a little bit…OK a lot late!!!
Anyway, it was certainly a busy reading month of May for me. Maybe it was all the crazy Texas rain we have been getting!
I began the month trying to come to a pause with my J.A. Huss Rook and Ronin marathon…Yep, totally a Serial Reader, but I am so glad I have found her books! Rook and Ronin were my favorite part of that series, although I am a little behind on that review, it will be coming soon! Seriously I loved all of the books so far – Ford, Spencer, and Merc too. Although I am taking a little breather from my Huss marathon right now, my next quests with this series will be the spinoffs Dirty, Dark, and Deadly Series featuring James, 321, and then Wasted Lust featuring Sasha’s story.

I read my first audible book this month with the first three books in the Social Media series! I actually really loved it – I was afraid that I would get sidetracked and not pay attention, but it was perfect. There are so many things that you can still get done whilst listening! I’m sure my family appreciated that, and I will definitely have to get more books on audible in the future!
