~ Dirty Letters by Vi Keeland & Penelope Ward ~
Audiobook narrated by Andi Arndt & Jacob Morgan
Release Date ~ November 5, 2019
I’d never forgotten him—a man I’d yet to meet.
Griffin Quinn was my childhood pen pal, the British boy who couldn’t have been more different from me. Over the years, through hundreds of letters, we became best friends, sharing our deepest, darkest secrets and forming a connection I never thought could break.
Until one day it did.
Then, out of the blue, a new letter arrived. A scathing one—one with eight years of pent-up anger. I had no choice but to finally come clean as to why I stopped writing.
Griffin forgave me, and somehow we were able to rekindle our childhood connection. Only now we were adults, and that connection had grown to a spark. Our letters quickly went from fun to flirty to downright dirty, revealing our wildest fantasies. So it only made sense that we would take our relationship to the next level and see each other in person.
Only Griff didn’t want to meet. He asked that I trust him and said it was for the best. But I wanted more—more Griff, in the flesh—so I took a big chance and went looking for him. People have done crazier things for love.
But what I found could change everything.
I absolutely loved Dirty Letters by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward. This writing duo has quickly become one-click authors for me with their heartfelt and passionate stories, and this was such a dreamy romance!
Since I’m always a sucker for rockstars, the chances were high that I would probably fall in love with Griffin, but he was just so much more with his incredible heart. I loved his playful yet gentle understanding with coaxing Luca out of her shell throughout the story, and I really sympathized with her character in feeling so trapped and in her situation.
This super sweet story about childhood pen pals reacquainting years later had the perfect splash of steam and passion. I absolutely loved their letters to each other, and they were so fun to follow as they pushed each other’s boundaries with their curiosity in turning their friendship into a romance. I couldn’t wait for them to meet, and boy did they have fireworks!
The narration was fantastic, and not to take away from Andi Arndt in any way, but I could definitely listen to Jacob Morgan’s accent all day long. They were both perfect for Griffin and Luca’s characters and did a wonderful job of bringing this romance to life!
This was such a swoon-worthy romance, and if you are an audiobook fan, then I would definitely recommend going that route as well!

Audiobook narrated by Ava Erickson
Release Date ~ October 4, 2016
Love is a circus
“Every day,” he says lowly, “I hold a person’s life in my hands. The circus is based one-hundred percent off trust. I give it all to someone, and they give it all to me.”
The best aerial technique won’t land 21-year-old Thora James her dream role in Amour—a sexy new acrobatic show on the Vegas strip. Thora knows she’s out of her element the second she meets Amour’s leading performer. Confident, charming and devilishly captivating, 26-year-old Nikolai Kotova lives up to his nickname as the “God of Russia.”
When Thora unknowingly walks into the crosshairs of Nikolai’s after-show, her audition process begins way too soon. Unprofessional. That’s what Nik calls their “non-existent” relationship. It’s not like Thora can avoid him. For one, they may be partners in the future—acrobatic partners, that is. But getting closer to Nik means diving deeper into sin city and into his dizzying world.
Thora wants to perform with him, but when someone like Nikolai attracts the spotlight wherever he goes—Thora fears that she’s destined to be just background to his spellbinding show.
This sexy and exhilarating New Adult Romance can best be described as Cirque du Soleil meets the steamy, athletic romance of Center Stage – standalone & no love triangles—recommended for readers 18+ for mature content.
Amour Amour is my first read by Krista and Becca Ritchie and such a refreshing and unique read!
I always enjoy Cirque du Soleil shows, and the Ritchie’s did an awesome job in pulling me into the descriptive setting of their own Aerial Ethereal. It was so interesting to learn about the lifestyle as well as the dedication required of the performers behind the Vegas shows.
I really loved how Thora and Nikolai were both so driven and focused on being the best at their skill, and they each had so much heart! While their romance was complicated, it was oh-so-passionate and sweet and felt incredibly romantic.
The narration was spot on and kept the story feeling realistic and engaging. I also really enjoyed all of the secondary complex characters in the story and look forward to reading more about them in the following books as well.
If you’re looking for a unique read, I definitely recommend this romance of reaching your dreams and finding your true love – you won’t be disappointed!

Thanks for these recs Daisy! I am always looking for more audiobook recommendations even if I confess romance does not work so well for me in audio!
I loved these Sophie – especially Dirty Letters! Seriously, how can you resist an awesome accent?!?! 😃
I am in the middle of listening to Dirty Letters right now! (I was loving it, but when it got to where they meet and he gets really forward it feels a little weird. I think that’s because it’s the female narrator right now.)
I would love to go back and listen to some of the Ritchie twins books. I loved reading Amour Amour. Are you going to read Infini? That one was so good, too!
I can see what you’re saying. and hope it smooths out for you Deana. I just loved it so much! I started Infini awhile back but struggled with getting into it – thinking it might be a better ebook. Just finished Kiss the Sky audiobook and loved it too!
