‘Big Rock’ by Lauren Blakely is a light-hearted and fun read! It is my first book of hers to experience, and um yes, the cover certainly did get my attention! Although I initially thought that Spencer would be quite the arrogant ass, he was actually quite lovable in this story. His business partner, Charlotte was a great match for him both personally and professionally, and I really enjoyed their witty banter. It was a very well developed story, and I really enjoyed Blakely’s take on the male POV throughout. This was quite the refreshing read, and I definitely recommend!
I am genuinely looking forward to ‘Mr. O’, featuring Spencer’s best friend Nick, coming May 4th!
