5 Wicked Star Review & Giveaway for ‘Wicked Sexy’ (Wicked Games #2) by J.T. Geissinger!

All I can say is WOW – I keep falling deeper and deeper in love with J.T. Geissinger’s Wicked Games Series! ‘Wicked Sexy’ is the second book of the series, and it is action packed – full of super sexy romance, witty dialogue, intrigue, and suspense at its best!

Super genius and notorious hacker, Tabitha West, is recruited by Connor Hughes, ex Special Op and CEO of Matrix Security, to team up on a joint voyage to California to save Miranda Lawson and her movie studio empire. If you have read ‘Wicked Beautiful’ (which I highly recommend), you have already been introduced to Tabby and Connor and let’s just say their ‘~~love~~/hate’ relationship.

Although, they both have amazing skills in what they do, their MOO both professionally and personally are completely different. Tabby is a team of one. Connor, being ex-military, is used to working with a team and putting trust in others. He is built to perfection, stunningly handsome, strong, and she is beautiful, tattooed, talented, and independent. She is also frustratingly feisty as hell, closed off, and hot tempered. She dresses how she wants, does what she wants, and doesn’t trust and will never let anyone close to her again.

Connor is inexplicably drawn to Tabby from the beginning – it is hard to tell whether it is intrigue or infatuation, but he is determined to be patient and protect her and get her to open up and trust him. As Tabby continues to try and resist Connor’s advances, she also sees a different side to him and begins to let her walls down. Behind both of their kick ass facades they both admire each others special talents greatly and are completely attracted to each other, but can the ‘Jarhead’ and the ‘Princess’ possibly be a team of two?

Together, these two are totally hot and their passion was sizzling and off the charts! I loved how there was so much more to Connor and that behind his tough guy demeanor was such a patient (INCREDIBLY patient I must say), sweet, and compassionate man. Their banter so fun to follow as they volleyed back and forth with such quick wit and sass. Behind all of their toughness, they totally got each other and respected what made each other tick. I found myself being so hopeful that they could work out together!

There are two things (probably more) that I love about Geissinger and her writing style. The first is her character depth and multiple layers in which she gives her characters where she really makes you feel compassion for them and allows you to know and understand them. The second is her ability to create and write totally unique storylines with very intriguing and complex plots that keep you engrossed in the story from beginning to end.

One more note about ‘Wicked Sexy’ that I would like to mention… Much of this story had a lot of in-depth information on computers, hacking, national defense agencies, etc.… You could really tell that Geissinger did her homework and research in these areas. I am somewhat of an ‘over thinker’, and there were absolutely no gaps left uncovered in my mind to make this story complete in every way!

‘Wicked Sexy’ hit every nail on the head for me with action, suspense, intrigue, and romance to boot. Let me tell you, this was an incredible story, and I simply could not put the book down!

I highly recommend and love this series, and I can’t wait to meet Ryan (Connor’s co-worker) in the next book of the Wicked Games Series!!!
