Amo Jones completely consumed me in the first three books of The Elite Kings’ Club Series with Bishop and Madison’s mysterious, twisted, and oh-so-steamy romance!

Riddle me this…

“I am neither dead, nor alive, and I’m not something little Madison can hide.
But you will be dead, by the time this is done…
the timer starts now, and the games have just begun…”

Madison Montgomery comes from money and power, but when someone close to her commits the ultimate crime, Madison must live with her tainted name for the rest of her life. When she begins Riverside Preparatory Academy, the private school her father has swept her into in The Hamptons, she hopes for a fresh start. What she wasn’t hoping for was the pack of bad boys who run the school; ten, to be exact. When Madison gains the attention of their leader, Bishop Vincent Hayes, a whole new world that she didn’t think existed is exposed to her. A whole world that starts and ends with The Elite Kings Club and these boys, are about to flip her world upside down. Secrets are overflowing and family lies are about to be exposed. Is there more to Madison Montgomery than even she knows?

www.dgbookblog.com:silver.swan.amo.jones.insta2I’ve been hearing so much about The Elite Kings’ Club Series by Amo Jones for what seems like forever, and all I can say is just wow! I flew through the first three books, The Silver Swan, The Broken Puppet, and Tacet a Mortuis, and Jones completely consumed me in these as she took me down the rabbit hole with Bishop and Madison’s mysterious, twisted, and oh-so-steamy romance!

‘I am neither dead, nor alive, and I’m not something little Madison can hide. But you will be dead by the time this is done. The timer starts now. The games have just begun.’

This might sound odd, but I really don’t want to go too much into the characters because trying to figure them out made up such a large a part of the story. Along with Bishop and Madison, there were many intriguing secondary characters including Madison’s friends and the rest of the Elite Kings. They were complex, often deceiving, and even those that I liked I wanted to strangle at times!

‘When you fall for the devil, make sure you don’t land facedown with his horns stabbed through your heart.’

Bishop and Madison’s story was steamy and addictive with its many moving parts and resulted in a total binge-fest read for me! It really put me through the wringer, and my stomach was in knots of anxiety the whole time wanting answers. For those that might be familiar, I would say that it had a feel to it like Erin Watt’s ‘The Royals Series’. It also takes place in a wealthy high school setting with the Elite Kings having so much power, but I would definitely consider this story way more intense and twisted.

This was such a crazy and exciting ride provided by Amo Jones! I’m actually a little torn on my rating because I enjoyed it so much and it was quite a thrilling read, but there were quite a few editing errors and details that didn’t really match up and left me having to backtrack as I read. However, none of them were enough to sway me or leave me able to put these books down for a minute!

Although I can’t wait to dive into Nate and Tillie’s story, which is out now in Malum: Part 1 (Elite Kings Club #4), I will hold tight until the second part is released on June 4th. With the way Jones wrapped me up in Bishop and Madison’s story, I really can’t imagine how I would deal with her cliffhangers!

If you enjoy dark and twisted romances and series reads, the Elite Kings’ Club Series is definitely one to check out!

  1. Do you think this series is one I would like? I’ve seen a few people praising it recently and your review has me curious about it. I just wasn’t sure if it was one I would like or not. Is there another series you would compare it to?

        1. Lol!! That’s always the hard part – right? When you start it, plan to have time to finish them all if you can. I personally couldn’t stop, but it’s the only way you’ll probably even understand the story!

    1. They covers are really different, and I like them too! I had the hardest time trying to figure out what the heck was going on, but was so intrigued the whole time. It was crazy and pretty rowdy (dark) too, so heads up if you read it!

  2. I loved the first one, liked the second but …won’t read the third. They are addictive all right but honestly the writing is not that great (to me of course) and I did not like at all how they lied and manipulated her. I just ended up disgusted. But I confess that I was hooked on the first! I hope you’ll fare better than me with the others Daisy!
