There’s nothing more intimate than revenge.
Jersey Six, an all-new mind-bending, romantic suspense from Jewel E. Ann, is Available Now!
How far would you go for revenge?
A hit-and-run accident leaves Jersey Six orphaned and homeless on the streets of Newark, shattering her dreams of school dances, pink nail polish, and a diploma.
Eight years later, a burn victim with amnesia wanders into Jersey’s barely-existent life. She resists his efforts to form a friendship until he reveals knowledge of the person responsible for derailing her future. Through their unusual friendship, she discovers a way to avenge the deaths of her foster parents.
All she has to do is destroy the world’s biggest rock star.
In the ultimate game of sex, lies, and manipulation, can Jersey discover the truth? Or will she be blinded by attraction, deceived by love, and destroyed by her past?
Jewel E. Ann delivered one emotional punch after another in Jersey Six! It was a uniquely beautiful romance, and the heartbreaking truths and honesty in the story were lethal. It’s a story of fighting your demons, fighting for yourself, and fighting for a future. The anxiety all but killed me, and although I thought I might know what was going to happen… I didn’t at all!
‘I’m nothing…’ she whispered ’… insignificant… forgettable… no one would miss me if I died. No one would look for me if I were lost. No human has ever cried for me.’
Damn, Jersey was one tough cookie, which she had to be in order to stay alive on the streets. On her own, since she was fifteen, her strength and courage seriously amazed me. Jersey had survived some pretty effed up situations, and as a result, she acted on with a chip on her shoulder at every turn.
‘Truth didn’t live in the light; it hid in the dark, dancing with demons, afraid to be set free, afraid to be seen by judgmental eyes.’
Ian, just Ian…. if you were to take away the fact that he was a dreamy rockstar, well, he would still be dreamy. I loved how he didn’t push Jersey but managed to unarm her defenses, and their passion and desire was tangible.
‘Everything with Ian felt like pretend. Fairy tales. Unicorns. Pixie dust. And rockstars who fell for homeless girls.’
I also have to mention Jersey’s new ‘friend’, Chris ‘Ten’, because I can’t even pretend to imagine how I would feel in his shoes. His role in the story was intriguing and heart-breaking and combined with Jersey and Ian’s broken characters as well, they all made such an emotional impact on me!
Jewel E. Ann never ceases to amaze me with her writing and beautiful words! Jersey Six was angsty and passionate, and I loved the mysterious way the romance unfolded with its twists that caught me completely off guard. This romance was just so very different in the best way, and I couldn’t put this fantastic read down!

Great review! I believe this one was emotional. It sounds that way! Was it as good as Look the Part?
Thank you! Did I gush too much? Lol! It was very dimensional like it but totally different too – much darker.
